Travel Booking Policies
Travel information shared must match official travel documents.
Quotes can be modified two times before a fee of $25 per modification is applied. This includes changes in dates, travelers, locations, or resort/hotel options.
Post-booking changes (including dates, number of travelers, destination, flights, etc.) will incur a fee of $35 per change, in addition to any fees charged by the resort/airline/tour operator.
Deposits are followed by final payments due 45-60 days before travel. If your travel booking falls within this period, full payment is required for booking.
All research fees are final and non-refundable.
